Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please email us at info@paint-daddy.com with the following information:

• Your name
• Order number
• Item to be returned

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Manufacturers Defects:

If you receive a product with a manufacturer's defect or one that is unusable upon delivery, please contact us immediately. To facilitate a prompt resolution, we require photos of the damaged or defective product.

Please note that you must report any issues within 30 days of delivery.
